Collaborative Research Day: Friday, March 23rd at Fairfield University
The Mu Chi Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International at Fairfield University will host the 17th Annual Connecticut Collaborative Research Day Conference on Friday, March 23, 2012, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m in the Fairfield University Dolan School of Business. The conference theme is: Nurses as Guardians of Patient Safety and Quality.
Abstract submissions are sought which are focused on the full complement of topics related to nursing and patient care. Research in progress and theoretical papers will also be considered. Please upload an abstract of no more than 250 words to http://eidos.fairfield.edu/stt. The deadline for submission is 1/15/12. Please do not include any identifying information on the abstract.
Applicants will be notified of acceptance by March 1st. Only online, electronic submissions will be accepted.
We are pleased to announce the speaker for the conference will be Beth Weinberg, who has written extensively in the areas of nursing sociology and organizational culture. Her bio is attached below.
